Easy base for exploring Rotorua. Everything was very good, this hotel had helpful staff and quiet location. Appreciated great views.

We would definitely book again, when in Rotorua. Spotless, PERFECT hotel. Price of the breakfast is NZD 11 per person per day. Venue had nice beds.
